Carl Zeiss Visulas Combi YAG III 532s is a powerful, diode-pumped solid-state laser. Its built-in thermoelectric cooling system ensures excellent temporal stability of laser power, thereby meeting the requirements for reproducible clinical results. The VISULAS 532s is designed specifically for retinal photocoagulation, trabeculoplasty, and iridotomy in the treatment of glaucoma. The VISULAS 532s with the VITE option are mainly used for multi-spot panretinal and grid photocoagulation.
The ZEISS VISULAS COMBI YAG III 532S Ophthalmic Combination Laser 532 Argon Green comes fully refurbished by an in-house trained and certified technician. Each unit is inspected mechanically, optically, and even cosmetically with FREE lifetime phone support and a 6-month parts and service warranty.
Carl Zeiss Visulas Combi YAG III 532s Features:
Monitor your settings seamlessly
Reduce equipment-related distractions with ZEISS VISULAS green’s InsightView display, which shows important treatment settings directly in the eyepiece, improving your ability to maintain focus on your therapy session and your patient.
Electronic micromanipulator
The proven electronic micromanipulator of the VISULAS 532s permits precise, synchronous beam delivery and slit illumination. The position of the aiming beam laser is variable, always centered with respect to the therapy laser and always under perfect control in the field of view of the slit lamp. The micromanipulator is located on the slit lamp joystick, enabling fast, controlled and precise beam delivery for efficient application and pinpoint precision.
Focused on the essentials:
- Fast and highly accurate beam delivery – thanks to the electronic micromanipulator
- Treatment position is extremely easy to lock via the knob
- System parameters can be set at a push of a button on the control panel
- In every step, the laser spot is always centered in the field of view
Optimum performance. Compact & integrated design
Le VISULAS 532s sets standards for optimized laser power, all integrated into a compact console. It is one of the smallest lasers of its class. Even with short laser pulses or large beam diameters, its power reserves ensure optimal treatment outcomes. The perfect interaction between the laser and slit lamp in the VISULAS 532s delivers optimal laser power precisely where it is needed.
Stable and reproducible outcomes
The proven disk-laser technology of the VISULAS 532s delivers stable, precise treatment every time. Due to its thermoelectric cooling with advanced stability management, the VISULAS 532s is the system of choice for reliable, reproducible therapy results and high patient throughput in daily routine.
A brilliant image … for sure
The safety concept implemented in the LSL 532s laser slit lamp incorporates all the experience we have gained with medical lasers. The active physician’s safety filter automatically swings into position when the therapy laser is activated, reliably protects the physician, and also offers an excellent and true-color slit lamp image.

Patient Care
Optimizing treatment outcomes while ensuring the gentlest treatment possible for the patient is the philosophy integrated into all therapy systems from Carl Zeiss. The VISULAS 532s is no exception. It combines leading edge technological innovations aimed at enhancing treatment outcomes and improving the quality of patient care.
Thanks to the ParFocus zoom system, the VISULAS 532s delivers a homogeneous, sharply defined and reproducible laser spot to the retina without heat-related side effects on the patient’s cornea.
Whether you use the system to target localized pathologies with short, focused laser pulses or to homogeneously distribute the laser energy over a larger spot diameter, whether you utilize the Single Spot mode or the Fast Repetition mode, the VISULAS 532s allows you to develop individualized and variable treatment strategies. And, of course, you have your patient in focus at all times.
For all clinical settings
In many eye care facilities therapy lasers are frequently used on an all-round basis: for retinal outpatient consultations, in a general ophthalmologistís, or in the OR of a large hospital. Thanks to its flexible installation concept, the VISULAS 532s is ideally poised to meet all of these clinical contingencies.
The VISULAS 532s offers you:
- The unique LSL 532s laser slit lamp
- A VISULINK 532/U connector for mounting on alternative slit lamps
- An innovative laser indirect ophthalmoscope, the LIO 532
- A range of endoprobes – 20g, 23g or 25g diameter
Space-saving design & performance to go

In highly frequented eye care facilities, every square foot of space is precious. With its compact dimensions and flexible installation options, the VISULAS 532s is suitable for table mounting or, alternatively, can be simply attached to the side of the instrument table.
Le VISULAS 532s are a real space saver. The laser console can be easily lifted with a handle for relocation to the next application. In a few minutes, the VISULAS 532s is ready for transportation to urgent outpatient applications thanks to a practical 532s case.
